The Great Rake

November 14-19, 2024

A Sterling Community Cares Project

Volunteering with The Great Rake Project is an ideal way to get outside and help someone in our community.

So grab your friends, family, community group, or work team! Fall raking is loads of fun and a great way to spend time together. Youth ages 7 to 15 may volunteer with an adult. Ages 16 and older may volunteer on their own.

This service is free of charge and serves Stratford seniors or individuals with disabilities who are physically unable to perform yardwork and can’t afford to pay for services.

Seniors are helped on a first-come, first-serve basis dependent on the number of volunteers recruited.
