Catherine
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
This year is Catherine's 4th year of Athletics at Sterling House overseeing sports and programs that the Community Center offers. Prior to joining Sterling House, Catherine was the Sports and Recreation Director at the Naugatuck YMCA and a collegiate and professional women's basketball coach.
"It has been so rewarding to see all of our youth grow, learn and develop as players and people throughout the years. Our sports community in Stratford is one of the best where kids can enjoy themselves, make new friends and have fun while participating in our programs. I am proud to be able to give them this outlet and these experiences.

"At the heart of Sterling House athletics is the core principle of having fun, and playing simply for the sake of playing. Being able to cultivate an atmosphere where people are free to enjoy themselves is what I am most proud of."
Sterling House Athletics are for all ages children and abilities.
